Product Designer · Healthcare · SaaS

Turning complex problems into simple experiences through design.

Product Designer combining human needs, logical thinking, and thoughtful design to build intuitive digital products.

Selected work

Three products, three kinds of complexity.

A B2B analytics platform, a lender-side fintech app, and a healthcare decision journey. Each one asked for a different kind of clarity.

B2B SaaS · Product analytics & digital product engagement

Making a data-heavy engagement platform feel operable.

Problem
Powerful analytics and engagement capabilities lose their value when teams cannot understand or operate them confidently.
My contribution
Designed information architecture, flows and data-heavy interfaces that carried users from behavioural insight to a launched, measurable engagement — without stripping the platform's depth.

Fintech · Lender-side repayment tracking & collection

“Who do I need to follow up with today?”

Problem
Lending the money is the easy half. Afterwards the lender has to remember who owes what, when it is due, what is still outstanding and who has already been reminded.
My contribution
Mapped the lender's end-to-end repayment journey and designed a single mobile workflow for loan tracking, repayment schedules, due and overdue states, reminders and follow-ups.

Doctor Branding & Appointment Booking

Healthcare · Doctor discovery, trust & appointment booking

From “is this the right doctor for me?” to a booked appointment.

Problem
Choosing a doctor is a trust-sensitive decision. A digital presence has to answer relevance and credibility before it asks for a booking.
My contribution
Structured the site around the questions patients ask before booking, then designed the identity, responsive screens and appointment touchpoints around that decision funnel.

About

Engineering taught me systems. The mountains taught me people.

I studied computer science through a BTech and an MTech, then joined a product company as a backend software engineer. A year in, I started questioning whether I wanted to spend the next four decades in that seat — so I stopped, and went looking.

Computer science → backend engineering

Learning how systems actually work

Years of computer science and a year of backend engineering taught me to think in structures: data, states, constraints, edge cases. I still design that way — I can read a system, ask engineers precise questions, and understand what a decision costs to build.

  • Technical understanding

The pause → the mountains

Solo trekking, and 20 strangers a week at a time

After leaving the job I went trekking in Himachal Pradesh. Each trek meant walking with 15–20 people I had never met, for a week at a time. I am an introvert; talking to strangers was the exact thing I found hard. The trails made it ordinary — I got comfortable asking questions and, more usefully, listening to people's stories.

Design → product

Design as the way I solve problems

UX gave the two halves somewhere to meet: understanding people, then structuring a solution. It also taught me that not every problem needs a solution — some need a clearer question. I now design product experiences in SaaS and healthcare, and I am building toward AI products in SaaS.

Passion

Trekking, craft, and staying consistent.

Exploring the mountains, taking trails less travelled, and losing myself in the beauty of nature.

Placeholder trail photograph — replaceable with my own images.

Trekking is where I stopped being a stranger to strangers. A week on a trail with people you have never met is an unusually honest research setting: you listen, you adapt, you carry your own weight.

Craft
Making things by hand keeps me patient about detail and comfortable with iteration you cannot undo.
Fitness
Consistency over intensity. The same reason my design work leans on repeatable patterns rather than one-off flourishes.
