Work

Case studies in complexity, money, and trust.

Each project is written the way I worked it: the situation, the friction, the decisions I made, and what can honestly be claimed about the outcome.

B2B SaaS · Product analytics & digital product engagement

Making a data-heavy engagement platform feel operable.

Problem
Powerful analytics and engagement capabilities lose their value when teams cannot understand or operate them confidently.
My contribution
Designed information architecture, flows and data-heavy interfaces that carried users from behavioural insight to a launched, measurable engagement — without stripping the platform's depth.

Fintech · Lender-side repayment tracking & collection

“Who do I need to follow up with today?”

Problem
Lending the money is the easy half. Afterwards the lender has to remember who owes what, when it is due, what is still outstanding and who has already been reminded.
My contribution
Mapped the lender's end-to-end repayment journey and designed a single mobile workflow for loan tracking, repayment schedules, due and overdue states, reminders and follow-ups.

Doctor Branding & Appointment Booking

Healthcare · Doctor discovery, trust & appointment booking

From “is this the right doctor for me?” to a booked appointment.

Problem
Choosing a doctor is a trust-sensitive decision. A digital presence has to answer relevance and credibility before it asks for a booking.
My contribution
Structured the site around the questions patients ask before booking, then designed the identity, responsive screens and appointment touchpoints around that decision funnel.
